【摘要】:Thistestmethodwasoriginallydesignedasameansofquantitativelymeasuringthelevelofadhesionofthewood-woodinterfacecausedbyawoodcoatingssystemappliedtothesubstrate.Thetensiletestisusefulinmeasuringbondingstrengthofcoatings,suchasgymnasiumcoatings,inwhichthewoodstripflooringprimarilyexpandsorcontractsinresponsetochangesacrossthecross-sectionalwidthofthestripfloor.Thistestmethodwasfurtherdesignedasameansofmeasuringtheside-bondingpotentialofwoodcoatingsystems.1.1Thesetestmethodsdescribeanevaluationprocedureforthedeterminationofundesirableside-bondingofcoatingsforwoodflooring.Theyprovidetwomechanicalpropertiestestsforthequantitativedeterminationofthecohesivestrengthofwoodcoatings(tensileandlapshear);theyalsoprovideawoodfloorsimulationtestforthequalitativedeterminationofside-bondingpotentialofwoodcoatings.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
